Return Process

  Ensure all glassware, candles, and ceramics are securely wrapped in their original protective boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your return back to our Sydney-based warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team confirms the items are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
